Terms of Service

Rules for browsing, submitting, and sharing community pelican drawings.

Last updated: 2026-09-15

The community gallery

Codex Pulse is an independent gallery for AI-generated pelican drawings and the prompts and models behind them. It is not affiliated with OpenAI or the model providers. Community examples are not controlled evaluations or guarantees of a model's quality.

By using the gallery or submitting a drawing, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not submit content or continue using the service.

Accounts and submissions

Use an available sign-in method to submit drawings and manage your own posts. Protect your provider account and sign-in codes. Do not impersonate another person or bypass account, upload, or rate limits.

Submit only images and text you have permission to share. Identify the model and prompt accurately to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit unlawful content, private personal information, credentials, harassment, or material that infringes another person's rights. Do not attempt to access private submissions or disrupt the service.

Permission to display and share

You retain any rights you hold in your submission. By submitting it, you permit the project to store, process, and review it and, if approved, display it publicly and generate share images as part of the gallery. You understand that visitors can download or share published content. These terms do not transfer ownership or grant a blanket license for unrelated commercial reuse; anyone reusing a drawing remains responsible for the rights involved.

Moderation and deletion

New submissions are private to the author and authorized moderators until approved. We may reject content or remove it from public view for safety, relevance, rights concerns, or violations of these terms. Publication is not guaranteed. Rejected submissions remain available to their owner and moderators until deleted.

You can delete your own submissions from My posts. Deletion removes the post and stored images from this service when it succeeds; it cannot recall copies held by visitors, social sites, or search engines. Deleting a post does not delete your account. For account-data questions, use the contact route below.

Availability and outside services

The gallery and sign-in methods may change or be unavailable. We do not guarantee continuous access, publication, or preservation of submissions; keep your own copy of anything you upload. Google, X, GitHub, and other linked services have their own terms and policies.

Contact and updates

Use the project's GitHub issues to report a problem, raise a rights concern, or ask about these terms. Issues are public: do not include private account details, credentials, or confidential evidence. Start with a non-sensitive description and ask how to provide any private information needed.

We will publish updated terms here with a new date when the service or these rules change.
